'The Daitumn foundation exhibition is the epitome of an effort to establish an intercultural bridge of communication through design. The principal target of the foundation which is the mixing of multicultural expression through design, enables several artists from around the globe to display their work in a group exhibition.

The general idea will be to establish Cyprus as a central point of multicultural communication and to place the island for the first time as a country that seeks to promote Design and pure aesthetic values through uniqueness and imagination. This exhibition will enable the artists to display work that relates to their cultural background and will provide the viewers and visitors of the exhibition an opportunity to affiliate with other cultures. Furthermore, this conglomeration of design pieces and cultures brings to the surface a more solid and unified approach towards design. However, it simultaneously respects and indicates the singularity of other cultural backgrounds and emphasizes the individuality of the creators. The twenty pieces are displayed in a very unique way in order to enrich their aesthetic value, to enhance their conceptual background and to accentuate their uniqueness.'
