No longer in existence, Marmalade magazine was chiefly about mapping new trends and ideas, in form and content (conventional quark grids weren't used, every page was a photograph of a collage), as well as showcasing the cream of existing and new creative talent.

Contributors range from established writers including Zoe Williams and Irvine Welsh, photographers Nick Knight, Solve Sundsbo and Martina Hoogland to advertising agency Mother. New artists, writers and photographers still at college are also showcased.

Issue 8 is packed with content, taking in The Futureheads, leaving your lover and independent creative publishing.
